This job requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routines. The job demands a cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them. A customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance. The pace of the job is steady and relatively unhurried, with an inclination to keep doing things the same way unless directed otherwise by a supervisor. When there is a change in the structure of work or scope of responsibility, ample time will be provided to learn the new work thoroughly with the opportunity for repetitive practice. If the job requires making decisions, such decisions will be made in close conference with the team and supervisors. When the job requires work to be completed under time pressures or in changing situations, management will provide close support and encouragement.

Job Duties:

- Answer office phones: Forward calls to appropriate departments, take leads, and answer basic questions about products and procedures.

- Manage CRM (Acculynx) and Data Entry (Google Sheets) for leads taken over the phone and web submissions.

- Assist team members with clerical items that arise through the company's daily operations.

- Perform any unforeseen duties that may arise as the company grows.

- Assist the Sales Manager with maintaining the contract pricing database

- Assist the Sales coordinator with organizing home shows as needed

- Report measurables and participate in weekly team meetings

- Weekends as needed during the Winter season

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry is preferred, but not required
High school diploma or GED required
Bilingual preferred but not required
Outstanding human relations skills and a great attitude
Excellent computer skills
Google software proficiency (Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
Nevada resident
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality is required
Follow directions from a supervisor
Interact well with co-workers
Team player
Adaptable

This job requires the capacity to work for eight hours per day in an office environment. Additionally, the ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment that may weigh more than 50 pounds is necessary. Physical dexterity is also a must-have as it will be required to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
