Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Territory Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and developing routes, driving traffic to our facility, and growing our beverage cash-and-carry business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beverage industry, an ability to build relationships, and a drive to achieve sales goals by supporting small businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Route Development:
    • Identify and develop routes targeting restaurants, delis, smoke shops, and other small businesses.
    • Plan and execute visits to engage customers and drive traffic to the cash and carry.
  • Business Growth:
    • Build the beverage cash-and-carry business by onboarding new customers and promoting our products.
    • Increase awareness of Xpress Cash and Carry as the go-to solution for small businesses.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, building long-term relationships.
    • Educate customers on how Xpress Cash and Carry can help grow their business.
  • Sales Performance:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets by increasing traffic and customer orders.
    • Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work with internal teams to ensure stock availability and successful promotions.
    • Maintain records of sales activities and customer feedback.
    • Report on key metrics like traffic growth, new accounts, and sales performance.
Qualifications

  • Sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Ability to build and manage customer routes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the Tampa Bay area.
Compensation

  • Base Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually
  • Commission/Bonus Potential: $10,000 to $25,000 annually, based on performance
  • Total Compensation Potential: $55,000 to $90,000+
