Position: Sales Account Manager:
As a Sales Account Manager at VDA Labs, your primary objective will be to cultivate and expand our customer base. You will utilize your outstanding communication and sales skills to understand and meet customers' needs, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and service. Your technical aptitude and desire to continuously learn will serve you well as you become proficient in the products and services we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Identify potential customers and business growth opportunities.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring meticulous record keeping in CRM (SalesForce).
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within the Cybersecurity space.
- Meet or exceed sales quota and Key Performance Indicators as per the company's sales strategies.
Position Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a similar field.
- Strong prospecting skills
- Exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for understanding customers' needs.
- Familiarity with data center security issues.
- A passion for learning, especially in relation to VDA Labs' product and service offerings.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and deliver on time.
