On your resume or cover letter, we want to see examples of the following:

  • Experience managing multiple (8-10) clients using multiple marketing channels.
  • A track record of delivering projects on/ahead of schedule.
  • Your comfort level in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience pulling data out of/editing at least one of the industry-leading CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

The Role: Account Manager

As an integral part of our Client Success team, Account Managers are the vital link between our clients and our internal fulfillment team. Working in collaboration with Jairus Account Directors, you'll play a key role in executing client strategy, ensuring project excellence, and nurturing client relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution Support: Assist Account Directors in executing client strategy and delivering SOW on time and at the expected quality and quantity.
  • Process Expertise: Understand and follow internal processes and workflows, utilizing project management systems to ensure timely and budget-friendly client work delivery.
  • Digital Platform Proficiency: Be familiar with social/digital platforms, advertising platforms, CRMs, and email platforms to support client SOW execution.
  • Onboarding Wizard: Facilitate new client onboarding efforts in collaboration with support team members.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, participating in strategy and performance discussions to optimize client performance.
  • Results Reporting: Adhere to results reporting SOPs, working with Account Directors to analyze and report metrics to clients.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Prowess: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Client Relationship Guru: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Communication Maestro: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Project Brief Virtuoso: Ability to gather information and assemble project briefs for presentation to internal teams.
  • Leadership Star: Possess leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Healthcare Enthusiast: Experience with healthcare clients is a plus!
  • Startup Spirit: Eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment with many opportunities to grow and learn.
  • Speed Enthusiast: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions without sacrificing quality.
  • Experienced Expert: At least 2 years experience in a full service digital marketing agency specializing in B2B services.
