AUTO DEALER EXERIECE REQUIRED
A proven track record of top performance in automotive sales combined with excellent customer satisfaction
Experienced with and able to motivate and coach team members with a positive attitude
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork correctly the first time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay extremely organized
Experience with vehicle leases
Computer literate
Ability to multi-task
Self motivated
Open to learning and improving
Extremely Customer Satisfaction orientated
