ENERGETIC SALES ASSOCIATE NEEDED!

Hollywood Tans of Middle River is seeking an outgoing and reliable sales associate. Hollywood Tans is the largest tanning franchise in the country and wants you to be apart of their team! Job consists of sales, cleaning, cash control, customer service and other daily operational duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Associate is responsible for cleaning, cash control, meeting sales goals, locking and securing the building and any other responsibilities that are implemented such as:

Sales Associate must gain and maintain knowledge of the tanning process, tanning packages and all tanning products.
Sales Associates will be responsible for counting and controlling inventory and cash for their shift.
Sales Associates must report for their shifts on time.
Sales Associate must meet/exceed specific sales goals set forth by upper management.
Sales Associates must provide excellent and consistent customer service to all clients.
Sales Associates must perform tasks given to them with accurate and immediate attention.
Sales Associates must perform all cleaning responsibilities delegated to them.
Sales Associate must follow dress code.
Sales Associate will take this job seriously and seek to grow with the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 6+hours per day
Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Type: Part-time and Full Time

Salary: $12.50 to $18.00 /hour
