Position Overview
The Autodesk Graphics Platform (AGP) Team is looking for a Software Engineer Intern, to dive into a Graphics Platform used by different Autodesk products, including Fusion, Revit, Inventor, 3ds Max, and Maya. Our works explore and extend open-source software like Aurora renderer, OpenUSD, MaterialX, glTF, OpenPBR, Autodesk Standard Surface, and Vulkan.

- Design and write robust, readable, maintainable, and extensible code
- Produce both unit tests and developer documentation for new code
- Debug existing subsystems and identify problem areas in the code while providing impacting solutions
- Profile and optimize existing code on a variety of platforms, and create performance and unit tests to catch any regressions
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with a focus in computer science or computer graphics with an expected graduation in 2026
- Prior Experience with computer graphics application development Strong CS Fundamentals (C++, Python)
- Experience developing on Windows/Mac/Linux using Visual Studio
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphics APIs (such as DirectX, OpenGL), and shading languages (such as HLSL, GLSL)
- Knowledge of Git source control system
- Familiarity with open-source software like OpenUSD, MaterialX, Vulkan, etc.
- Familiarity of build and deployment technologies such as jenkins and cmake

- Concevoir et écrire un code robuste, lisible, maintenable et extensible
- Produire des tests unitaires et de la documentation pour les développeurs pour le nouveau code

Qualifications minimales
