About the Opportunity:

Summary of Job:
The Client Success Account Manager is an ultra-important role at Chattr. You are responsible for building and managing the relationship with new and existing clients throughout the lifecycle of their engagement. This position encompasses a unique combination of nurturing client management yet savvy sales/closing skills.
Our client success team prides itself on unmatched service levels. You will need to provide superior client support by finding ways to surprise and delight our clients at every turn. Our mission is to make hiring the easiest part of our clients day and our team is maniacal about driving results for our clients. This position truly makes a difference, not only within Chattr, but through helping the thousands of users that rely on the Chattr platform each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring their transition to Chattr is seamless.
- Create new user accounts based on each clients customized needs
- Provide ongoing client support via our collaborative support channels
- Work with the client to establish success metrics through various stages of their engagement.
- Anticipate needs to discover potential pain points and work to create solutions for the clients needs.
- Create and conduct onboarding training, demos and webinars.
- Collect, organize, and communicate customer feedback and insights to the Customer Success Lead to help drive innovation and improvement.
- Be a continual learner to maintain knowledge of all our products, policies, and services to help educate our customers on how best to utilize Chattr
- Any other duties asked of you by the company…remember its a start-up!
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- MS Office & Excel
- Google Suite Tools
- HubSpot (preferred) or expert use of any type of CRM software

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
