Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.

Pay: $73,071.00 - $84,412.00 per year
