Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates with carriers to secure profitable business
- Coordinate shipments and track freight movement
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations
- Manage contracts and agreements with clients and carriers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation sales, or related field
- Strong understanding of transportation management and logistics sales
- Excellent sales management skills with a focus on building client relationships
- Knowledge of transportation planning and NVOCC regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
