We are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team, as the demand from our household clients increases. We represent brands from multiple industries and drive their profit margins by utilizing our consultative approach to business development, customer acquisition, and building long-term brand loyalty.

That's where you, as an Entry Level Account Manager, come in. We are looking for a driven, motivated, and ambitious candidate to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager at the ground level, learn our business development and sales solutions, and complement our team, our clients, and our upper-level management! No two days are the same in this role, but all are equally fulfilling, as we emphasize a people-focused culture centered around diversity, exceptional service, and the drive to succeed.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be:

  • Creating brand awareness and brand recognition through our business development campaigns which involve working with customers directly and engaging with them in a professional manner one-on-one
  • Assisting with the full sales cycle of a customer - this begins with offering knowledge and understanding of all services, notating the customer's personal and confidential information to place the sales order, and following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their new service
  • Strategizing the best and most effective ways to market each product
  • Connecting with the customer to show them our product meets their needs
  • Completing demonstrations on the products and answering any questions
  • Discussing how our clients compare to their competitors
  • Explaining the pricing, promotions, and sales process
  • Upselling any relevant products, and negotiating existing contracts
  • Creating a customized approach to each customer, while ensuring professionalism and building a personal connection
  • Working with other Entry Level Account Manager team members to assist with accomplishing goals for the clients

Basic Qualifications for an Entry Level Account Manager Candidate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-3 years of Customer Service/ Sales or relevant experience preferred
  • Team player who thoroughly enjoys working with people

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,024.32 - $60,244.34 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
