Job Overview:

As a Window and Door Project Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success by effectively presenting and selling our custom windows and doors to prospective clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.

- Listen attentively to customers' requirements, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized product recommendations.

- Showcase the features and benefits of our products to highlight their value proposition.

- Collaborate with the office and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.

- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers, addressing any questions or objections they may have.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, product specifications, and competitive landscape.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your client base and stay current with market developments.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the window and door industry or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Technical knowledge of window and door products and their features is a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
