EXM has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for Alberta.
The candidate is responsible for the development of the territorial sales and to promote and support the Marketing strategies of the company with the existing sales agents and the appointment of new sales people to the territory.
Position requirements.
- Evaluate the performance of the sales agencies and salespeople and to assist, and direct their activities in support of the complete line of products and services
- Develop an effective Distribution network by growing key strategic account relationships
- Travel extensively to maintain a presence throughout the region.
- Work in conjunction with senior management to coordinate market efforts to expand and grow market share.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with Agents and Distribution channels.
- Develop key End-User/ OEM and channel relationships to enhance market/product intelligence as well as volume sales.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales potential and other important activities within the region.
Qualifications for position.
Minimum:
- Bachelors Degree in Sales/Marketing
- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Personal sales skills
- The ability to Manage and support our Distribution Channel and OEM market clients, sales personel and territorial development.
Preferred:
- Experience in the electrical distribution industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
