That's on purpose. Of course, you will have goals and numbers to hit each month...but we're not looking for you to be an over-eager customer killer. The way we do business here is obsessively focused on our customers. I know, everyone says that...but we never do anything without asking the question: Is this right for the customer?

As our Sales Manager you'll be:

  • Overseeing performance on a call by call basis on the phone, by messenger, and by email
  • Talking directly to the customers to close deals
  • Ensuring appointments are sitting at critical mass
  • Training team members individually and in groups
  • Developing and working on a personal leadership plan
  • Positively contributing to the happiness, health, and wealth of the culture
  • Coach Service team in customer communication
  • Ensuring that service call opportunities are closed
  • Ensuring all legitimate sales opportunities are closed
  • Following up incessantly on all unclosed business
  • Monitoring and maintaining benchmark KPI's
  • Reporting to General Manager

Requirements:

  • MUST be able to pass a background check
  • MUST have a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record
  • MUST have excellent customer service skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
  • Basic computer skills
  • Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
  • Follow routine verbal and written instructions
  • Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
  • Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
