Department: Sales, Cares

Reporting to: Sales Manager, Cares

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Full-Time, In-Office)

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist!

We are seeking a skilled Customer Enrollment Specialist to guide customers through the enrollment process for various Medicare insurance programs. This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. The work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output to be very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. Checking and double-checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job must be patient and conscientious. Both the content and the presentation are important; all work must be highly polished. There is little ambiguity in this job. It is very clear what needs to be done and what the expected results are. The established procedures and processes must be followed closely; there is little room or necessity to modify them. Much of the work can be accomplished by working at a steady, even pace. There is much consistency and familiarity from one day to the next. It is generally feasible to plan large blocks of work ahead of time. When work duties change, there is ample foresight and time to prepare. The work is best accomplished working as an individual, without a great dependence on other people or "politics" for results. The work is helpful in nature, providing support and/or service to others in an environment free from competition. Interacting with customers requires a professional, formal manner where the focus is on completing the task pleasantly and correctly.

Job Duties

· Date Entry/Processing:

o Entering and processing data accurately and efficiently following established procedures.

o Verify and double-check data for errors to ensure high-quality output.

o Following clear and well-defined processes for data manipulation and handling.

· Quality Control:

o Inspecting and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information or tasks.

o Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the work process.

o Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors found during the review process.

· Customer Service:

o Provide helpful and courteous customer service while processing transactions or inquiries.

o Communicating clearly and concisely with customers in a professional manner.

o Answering customer questions related to specific procedures or information.

· Documentation Preparation:

o Formatting and preparing documents according to established guidelines.

o Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in presentation and content.

o Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.

· Independent Work:

o Working independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

o Planning and prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines.

o Following established procedures without requiring significant collaboration with others.
