Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in areas affected by hail damage, conducting roof inspections, and collaborating with insurance adjusters to assess property damage. You will also guide property owners through the restoration process, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with homeowners in hail-affected areas.

- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assess storm damage.

- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to evaluate property damage.

- Educate homeowners about available solutions and provide professional guidance.

- Manage your schedule and responsibilities independently while adhering to deadlines.

What You’ll Need:

- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders to inspect roofs.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and professionalism.

- A self starting, motivated attitude.

No Prior Experience Required: We offer an intensive training program that equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed, regardless of your previous background.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Annual earnings potential: $75,000 - $250,000
