Midwest Shooting Center™ (http://www.midwestshootingcenter.com) is looking for an experienced salesperson to lead our Sales Department. Boasting 8 locations either open or under development, Midwest Shooting Center™ is the premier brand that consumers are flocking to for retail product, firearms training, and community.

The Midwest Shooting Center sales managers find success through a steady pipeline of warm prospects, averaging 100-300 leads per week (no cold calling). We provide an aggressive base salary that provides stability for our sales managers. This base salary increases as department revenue increases to ensure a win/win situation between the company and the manager. Our commission and bonus structure reward both department and location financial performance. Our average sales manager has sold $1.2M over the last 12-months utilizing our proven process yielding over $20,000 in commissions paid.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead pipeline
- Set sales appointments daily via personable phone call/text outreach
- Tour potential members through the facility as part of the sales process
- Manage the membership life cycle from inception
- Manage account attrition and delinquencies
- Scheduling prospect appointments
- Convert prospects to members
- Manage membership accounts
- Maintain a positive membership culture
- Establish cross-marketing opportunities
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College Degree a plus.
Experience Requirements:
- At least (2) years of successful sales management experience.

Compensation:
Pay: $50,000-70,000 per year
