Job Summary
DART has been growing at a rapid pace over the last few years. To sustain its rapid growth, we are committed to strengthening our customer-facing sales team. The Inside Sales Team Lead position will require to work as a part of a sales team to develop both new and existing business relationships. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their needs and expectations
- Lead and manage the CXR team, providing guidance, training, and support to team members
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, emphasizing responsiveness and proactive communication
- Oversee the resolution of customer issues, working closely with relevant departments to address concerns promptly
- Implement effective solutions to prevent the recurrence of identified issues
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Regularly assess and improve the customer experience processes, identifying areas for optimization
- Work as part of the Commercial Team to support Sales Managers and Sales Directors with daily order processing and quoting
- Daily communications with clients globally
- Capability to work with multiple departments internally on customer inquiries
- Ability to work with an ecommerce platform and provide support to the client base with online activities
- Coordinate and redirect technical questions or clarifications to the proper teams
- Ensure data integrity at all times when entering or adjusting data points for orders and accounts
- Validate product attributes such as inventory and pricing to make sure requested product is available
- Manage KPIs for team and customer portals
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Years of experience a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Sales
- Detailed oriented data entry skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in working with a CRM and ERP
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English. Basic working knowledge of French/Spanish languages an asset
- Must be results-oriented and possess leadership skills
- Ablility to work in a team environment
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
