EverSmith Brands is a Commercial Property and B2B Services franchise platform with four distinct franchise brands operating across the globe, and a primary focus on North America. The Company supports accelerated and profitable growth for franchise owners through proven business concepts. The Company’s current brands include Clintar and U.S. Lawns (landscaping and snow-removal services), MilliCare (commercial floor care services) and Kitchen Guard (kitchen exhaust cleaning services). The company generates a substantial amount of its revenue through strategic account sales, and services customers through its North America network of franchised businesses and subcontractors.

Position Overview:

As the Strategic Account Manager for the Landscape and Snow Segment, you will be responsible for managing & developing long-term relationships with valued existing accounts at Clintar and U.S. Lawns. This position is critical to the growth of the brands as well as our responsibility to assist in delivering value & growth opportunities for our Clintar and U.S. Lawns franchise business owners. The Strategic Account Manager liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with the company’s strategic customers
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in order to achieve sales targets
  • Assist in estimating and quoting on bids and quotes according to customer requirements
  • Coordinate the responses to RFPs, including company information, qualifications, and pricing
  • Manage customer pricing and margins accurately, timely, in accordance with company processes, and in a manner, which aids customer satisfaction and improved company profitability
  • Help customers through phone, online presentations, screen-share, in person meeting and email
  • Be the trusted advisor in relationships with strategic accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Reinforce the value of the company’s relationship to strategic customers through regular business reviews
  • Effectively collaborate with Clintar and U.S. Lawns franchisees and subcontractors to ensure positive customer experience
  • Effectively utilize data and CRM systems to monitor and analyze customer results and forecast future sales
  • Responsible to onboard and integrate new strategic customers in their relationship with Clintar and U.S. Lawns

Education and Experience:

  • 4 year degree (preferably in business), or equivalent business experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management required
  • Experience in commercial property services required, in landscaping/snow services preferred
  • Strong knowledge and skill in Office 365 suite particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with a modern CRM platform is required; Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Experience in a Franchise or Multi-Unit service operations model is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
