Our client, a leader in high-end residential roofing and siding, is seeking an experienced Siding Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. Specializing in premium home exteriors, their projects range from upscale residential homes to multi-story builds. This role focuses on selling and managing siding and framing projects, with all leads provided. You’ll be handling sales from the initial estimate to closing, ensuring that clients receive top-quality service and products that fit their style and budget.
Responsibilities
- Report daily to the Redmond office
- Contact provided leads and book at least two sales calls per day
- Estimate, present, and close on siding and framing projects
- Manage sales for projects ranging from $20K to over $100K, with an average project value of $30K
- Meet monthly production goals of around $250K in sales
- Utilize the company-provided vehicle, laptop, phone, and gas card to perform job duties
- No cold calling required; all leads are pre-qualified
Qualifications
- Expertise in estimating and selling siding projects is required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience handling high-end residential projects
- Ability to effectively manage time and sales appointments
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with framing projects a plus
