The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Duties
- Accurately process orders
- Work closely with the service tech
- Engage with prospective customers through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Computer knowledge on NetSuite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
