Job Description
Voodoo Lab, a leading manufacturer of professional electronics for guitar players, is seeking a well-organized self-starter to fill an Inside Sales/Sales Administration position. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and be comfortable making outbound phone calls to our authorized dealer network.
Duties/Tasks
*Maintain communications and relationships with authorized dealers
*Processing dealer and direct consumer orders
*Customer database management and other clerical/administrative tasks
*Making outgoing sales/customer service phone calls to existing dealers
*Pursuing new business with retailers who are not currently offering our products
Qualifications
*Computer application skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office, and email.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Works well with other departments to achieve sales and customer service objectives
*Aptitude for problem-solving
*Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing demands
*Working knowledge of guitar pedal effects, pedalboards, and amplifiers desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
