We have an exciting opportunity available to join our growing team as Regional Manager – Multi-Family Division in GreaterSacramento Area, CA! JWilliams Staffing is a dynamic and expanding national brand and the leading Multi-Family staffing and recruitment agency.
The Regional Manager is responsible for business development, client satisfaction/retention, and the overall management of the Multi-Family temporary employees in the region. PAY
$60,000/year + commissions (~$30,000 conservative projection!)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
- Identify new opportunities and expand services within your region to elevate business performance and maximize client satisfaction.
- Develop a comprehensive client database, focusing on long-term relationship building and consistent follow-ups to ensure client needs are met.
- Market our services directly to client communities, increasing visibility and awareness of JWS while showcasing our industry expertise.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with key decision-makers to foster strong partnerships and deliver customized solutions.
- Collaborate on targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring our services remain top-of-mind.
- Work closely with the Senior VP to create winning strategies for securing large national accounts, while nurturing relationships with high-profile clients.
- Attend regional Multi-Family industry events, strengthening the JWS brand and expanding your network of industry influencers.
- Personally engage with top-tier candidates through thorough and professional interviews, ensuring we recruit the best talent for our clients.
- Oversee the training and onboarding of all new hires within your region, ensuring seamless integration and high performance from day one.
- Provide hands-on leadership for the temporary employees within your regions, ensuring they meet client expectations and uphold our company’s high standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in the New Homes/Multi-Family industry, including business development and account management.
- 3+ years in a management role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen for managing budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently to client sites.
