Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
- Create innovative and functional design solutions tailored to each client's needs
- Present and explain design proposals to clients effectively
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships through excellent communication
- Provide expert advice on product selection, colors, and styles
Skills
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of retail math principles
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Demonstrated sales skills with a focus on meeting targets
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
