Position Overview

We are excited to announce an opening for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Northeast region. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth and expansion of our Medical Spa and Hotel Resort Spa business. Your responsibilities will include managing business development initiatives, leading expansion efforts, and cultivating strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the Medical and Resort Hotel Spa sectors and a proven track record of success in professional spa sales.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of business development in the Medical and Hotel Spa sector for this territory. This position is pivotal in opening new partner locations, managing the region's top 20 accounts and supporting corporate events at HQ. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and establish our brand as a leader in the Medical and Hotel Spa industry.


This role requires a strong track record of successfully launching and growing professional channels including Medical and Hotel Spa businesses. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills and extensive industry expertise, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth and establish strong, profitable relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new Medical and Hotel Spa partner locations, creating and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with the region's top 20 accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Address customer needs and concerns promptly to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through new openings and ongoing account management, employing innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Education & Support: Collaborate with internal teams to provide targeted training and support to partners, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge required for success and to represent our brand effectively.
  • Market Presence: Establish and enhance our brand's presence in the region, positioning us as a leader in the MedSpa industry.
  • Corporate Event Support: Assist in organizing and supporting corporate events at HQ, including trade shows, seminars, and client meetings. Represent the company professionally and effectively at industry events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the market and region.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the Medical and Hotel Spa industry. Identify target markets, assess competitive landscape, and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Build and develop the region by identifying market opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and implementing expansion strategies. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as physicians, referral sources, and industry partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to support business development efforts.
  • Create and manage account plans for assigned partners, identifying growth opportunities and strategies for market share expansion.
  • Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
  • Achieve / exceed annual sales targets by forecasting and monitoring quarterly and monthly goals.
  • Travel up to 60% of the time within the region prospecting and visiting key partners.
  • Represent the company at events, speak to groups, and create and organize events with territory partners.
  • Stay current with BABOR products and industry trends to effectively support and promote the company?s offerings.
