Aston Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our sales team. Our ideal candidate for this position is a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. In this position, the BDM will be responsible for driving the company’s success through identifying prospective clients, new business development, forecasting growth opportunities, and work with our sales and marketing teams to help achieve company initiatives to win new business. The appropriate candidate should be someone that is highly motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to contribute to a highly successful sales team that promotes continuous growth year after year.

Experience and Capabilities:

  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Good time-management skills with an action oriented & results driven approach
  • The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment
  • Highly organized and having a high level of attention to detail
  • Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Zoom Info preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Source prospective sales, leads and clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and in-person meetings
  • Qualify leads and scope new engagements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the contractor placement process, which will include presentation of candidates, interview scheduling, and contract negotiation
  • Continuously expand client base through new business development
  • Stay up-to-date on current technology and recommend creative strategies to facilitate continued new business development
  • Deploy marketing strategies to enhance our prospecting footprint

  • Salary starts at $50,000- $85,000 DOE with 90-day review and annual merit structure to follow
