Job Description
We are looking for someone experienced in account management for digital marketing. This is not a sales job, but a customer relations job. The person will primarily be dealing with healthcare professionals, and experience in this would be a big plus.
The person must have a basic understanding of Google PPC, Facebook ads and Search Engine Optimization.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Excellent customer relations skills
Must be familiar with digital marketing
DUTIES
Coordinating with clients about their digital marketing, including answering any questions, coordinating with the rest of the team on progress of the client's project.
Making sure the client receives reports.
Giving regular customer guidance and information about the client's campaigns to the client.
Helping our sales team with technical advice and procurement of new digital clients and up selling current clients (this does not require any actual sales).
This is an in-house position in Laguna Hills. We are not looking for anyone remote. Pay is somewhat negotiable.
