Position: Sales Manager

Location: Temecula

Type: Full-time, Commission-based

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for our services and products.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on exceeding targets.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire and drive performance in the sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Knowledge of the Medical Spa field is a bonus.

Compensation:

This position offers a high commission structure, with an average salary ranging between $7,000 to $25,000 per month. In addition to commission, bonuses and targets are part of the compensation system, providing opportunities for further earnings based on performance.
