Hotel in Brookfield, WI is looking for a Dual Director of Sales to drive revenue for the property!
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and revenue management principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders to generate business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
