We’re looking for a Fitness Membership Sales Director who is passionate about Boutique fitness studio’s, health, wellness, and helping others smash their fitness goals. You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a motivator, a leader, a mentor, and a relationship-builder. You’re at the top of your game, with a proven track record in membership sales. Experience in the boutique fitness studio world is a major plus, and you know the industry inside and out. You’re a competitive, goal-driven individual who takes pride in team success and is ready to make a big impact in a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Lead a Team: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing, fitness-minded sales team who love the world of Fitness Boutique Studios!
  • Hit & Exceed Goals: Set daily targets for yourself and your team, pushing to surpass expectations.
  • Drive Sales & Engagement: Master the art of selling fitness memberships, classes, and diverse studio offerings.
  • Inspire Community: Be a community ambassador—plan outreach and in-studio pop up events to engage new prospective members.
  • Operational Excellence: Work alongside managers to maintain a clean, welcoming, and profitable club.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Foster a positive, teamwork-driven culture where everyone thrives.
  • Strategic Daily Planning: Collaborate in daily strategy meetings to ensure the club’s success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role within the fitness industry. Experience in boutique fitness studios is highly desirable!
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in fitness-related sales (minimum 2 years).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong background in motivating and leading a team to achieve targets.
  • Passion: Enthusiastic about fitness and career growth in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem Solver: Excellent organizational skills with a knack for quick problem-solving.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time: 45 hours/week, including some weekend days when necessary..
  • Location: On-site in Miami, FL 33132 (Relocation required before starting).
