We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team!
Casa Rental is looking to hire an Account Manager. As Account Manager, you are the first line of contact for the customer on any and all issues with collections on customer accounts. The Account Manager helps find the right solution on past due and current accounts to ensure account is paid on-time. Helping the customer ultimately obtain ownership of rented merchandise. You will also help in rentals and delivery duties.
Daily Duties:
- Call and collect on unpaid Rental Agreements
- Courtesy calls for current accounts
- Past due visits
- Merchandise rentals
- Process rental payments
- Help with daily upkeep of store
- Deliver product to customer location in a timely manner

Minimum requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license
- Pass drug test and background check
