Talbros Automotive Components Limited, founded in 1956 in Faridabad through a joint venture with the British company Cooper Payne, has become India's leading gasket manufacturer, providing complete sealing, thermal management, and NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) solutions to partners in various segments of the automotive industry, including passenger cars, two- and three-wheelers, LCVs and HCVs, Agri/off-road vehicles, and industrial segments. The company has technical agreements with Nippon Leakless of

Japan for non-asbestos and metal gaskets, as well as with Sanwa Packaging of Japan for heat shields.

We have established ourselves as a key supplier to major customers such as Cummins, BAL,

John Deere, VECV, Honda, and HMCL, enjoying single-source status for them. The company has also been steadily growing its export segment, supplying to global OEMs and Tier 1 companies such as Cummins, JLR, Volvo, John Deere, Mahle, and others.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to drive business development initiatives in the North American region. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and expanding relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be on creating value-driven solutions that align with our clients' needs while also contributing to the growth of our organization.

Role Description

Job Purpose

  • Window person between company and customers
  • Manage sales and other customer related matters in USA
  • Manage New Business Development and RFQs
  • Manage Quality Issues
  • Manage warehouse and review physical inventory
  • Increase revenue for the company

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development in Region - Identify new potential customers based on company’s growth strategy
  • Identifying potential business from existing and new customers and generating business from them, thereby achieve business targets.
  • Collecting and evaluating market information on pricing, competitive forces etc.
  • Responsible right from Generating enquiries, reviews, finalizing quotes, follow up for orders, receiving Purchase orders, Collection of Payments
  • Responsible for maintaining high customer relationship with all the customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiating skills for the price, lead time and inducing client to give the business; Delivery terms and conditions of supply, transportation and payments.
  • Coordination customer and plant technical team.
  • Hands on experience on working with customer system for their requirement
  • First point of contact for customers in case of Quality Concerns
  • Managing operations according to the Company’s business rules and codes of ethics.

Desired Qualifications : BE / B.Tech / MBA / Graduation

Desired Experience : 10 -12 years of Business Development/Sales/Marketing Experience

Functional/ Technical Skills required

  • Target oriented, strong CRM skills for fostering customer relationships and excellent negotiation abilities for successful deal closures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Should be able to handle customer accounts independently
  • Effective time management and organizational skills required.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a desire to be in our industry and be self-motivated, personable, and results oriented.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Well versed with QMS & EMS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 25% (Preferred)
