Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record preferably in Senior Living, managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to negotiate high-stakes deals and foster relationships with clients. Experience in technical sales and proficiency in Salesforce will be advantageous.
Compensation: Base + Commission

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Lead outside sales efforts by engaging directly with clients to build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close significant deals effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and motivation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
