Sales Manager – expressions of interest – Thompson-Okanagan Region
The Bannister Automotive Group is continuing to grow and look for top talent for our current and upcoming business ventures - If you are an experienced Sales Manager looking for job opportunities in the Okanagan or any of our other locations, we want to hear from you! Although we may not have an opening at a preferred location at this time, we are always looking to build our bench.
Salary: 100,000-200,000/year (base plus commission)
Schedule: Full-time hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Running an efficient and profitable sales department
- Meeting inventory sales targets as well as gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
- Lead by example while supporting team members
- Training new employees to use company software and successful sales techniques
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine the performance
- Researching and developing new sales strategies
- Communicating with customers, department heads, and a variety of other individuals
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Previous management and sales experience (2+ years)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong product knowledge
