Direct To Consumer (DTC) Inside Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator

Diamond Estates is looking for a positive and energetic individual for the role of Inside Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator, to work within our Direct-to-Consumer department. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail along with passion for delivering exceptional customer service, specifically in the e-commerce sales channel. This is a full-time position with shifts occurring on weekdays, averaging 35 hours/week.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage e-commerce orders and fulfillment for 3 Ontario wineries

• Provide Sales and Customer Service support for all online orders, wine club memberships and general winery inquiries.

• Ensure all online orders and wine clubs are printed, packed correctly, and shipped efficiently.

• Receive and unload products and packing materials.

• Keep packing area neat, clean and organized.

• Communicate with Management team on any issues that arise and offer solutions when necessary.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all wine and packing materials.

• Keep accurate reports and order summaries.

• Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office platform

• High regard for attention to detail

• Dependable & punctual

• Confident & motivated

• Able to work independently

• Ability to lift and carry 30-45 pounds (a case of wine)

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Must have a valid Smart Serve certificate
