Data entry/Inside sales - $20-$22
This position is a temp to hire position.
Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for Data entry/Inside sales for our client that deals with high quality steel for industrial manufacturers and is located in Bolingbrook, IL. $20-$22 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Using Zoominfo
Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
Maintaining a CRM system in order to properly document and track customer contacts and information.
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate new leads.
Cultivating strong relationships with new customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
Work closely with other team members in order to implement growth strategies and assure consistent, excellent customer service.
Ability to analyze sales data to recognize and capitalize on trends.
Basic understanding of products offered in order to identify customer needs.
Answer customer questions regarding products, availability and credit terms via phone or email.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of staff and management inside and outside the company.
Ability to sit for 8 hours per day.
Willing to make 100-150 calls per day.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Schedule/Shift Details

1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications
-Enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude
-Willing to make 150 calls/day everyday
-Good organizational skills
-Proper phone etiquette
-Good customer service
-Fast-thinker / adaptable
-Basic understanding of Imperial and Metric values
