Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Rep.

Job Title: Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 - $22 /hr (DOE) + Commission
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid by the employer. 401K with up to 4% employer match. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will deliver the highest level of quality service to our customers, resolve grievances, and recommend solutions as well as for generating maintenance service sales for the
service department..

Customer Service Representative Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience of prior HVAC sales experience.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening
• High school diploma and/or equivalent required
• Valid driver license required.
