Branch Supervisor (Automotive)

Description:

Currently seeking a candidate who coordinates and manages the daily activities and sets priorities for the Puyallup, WA location. Provides technical expertise for complex issues and ensures effective and efficient production flow. You will play an important role in the implementation and ongoing success of this location. Manufactures service bodies trucks from scratch-Everything behind the cab.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer Experience Full Cycle (Will train)
• Requires minimum 4 years relevant work-related supervisory or management experience in manufacturing and production environment (fabrication, welding, automotive electrical wiring, painting experience preferred)
• Mechanically inclined + Mechanical knowledge
• Ability to plan, set priorities for the team and direct technical efforts to meet targets.
• Strong leadership and effective interpersonal skills
• Able to use judgement to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
• Effective oral and written communication and attention to detail with customer accounts
• Coordinate training, cross-training, and job rotation within departments.
• Looking for candidates with 4+ years Service Tech, shop tech, etc.

Work Environment

MONDAY - FRIDAY 6am - 2:30pm

Team of 6-8 individuals 2 Dispatcher 4 Service Techs 1 Inside Sales

Small facility, Garage type setting

Willing to get hands dirty and work in all departments
