Job Summary:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales growth and motivating teams? Join us at Comfort Temp Heating and Air as the HVAC Sales Manager! In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to our sales team across multiple locations, including Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Orlando. You'll be responsible for motivating and encouraging the sales team to meet and exceed quotas, reviewing sales data to project revenue and identify new market opportunities, and resolving any issues that may impact sales operations. Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring quotas are met and exceeded.
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records to project revenue, determine profitability, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
  • Execute all company processes and complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Lead bi-weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, and more.
  • Hire, educate, stimulate, and guide sales advisors to meet or exceed goals.
Requirements & Abilities:

  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to prospect for sales and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience.
  • At least three years of sales experience required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
