Join Our Team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager!
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join Buschbach Insurance. In this role, you'll drive new business growth through inbound calls and referrals from existing clients. Your key responsibilities will include quoting new business, servicing current customers, analyzing business exposures, recommending coverage solutions, and negotiating with clients to secure the best coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Develop opportunities through inbound calls, referrals, and lead system.
- Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and established clients, setting up face-to-face meetings. Provide exceptional customer service with regular follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager to secure commercial referrals.
- Sales & Growth: Leverage existing relationships for new sales. Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals through diverse marketing efforts.
- Risk Analysis: Evaluate and analyze new risks to offer appropriate coverage solutions.
- Account Management: Service all new and renewal accounts, provide renewal quotes, review endorsements, handle policy changes, and manage non-renewals and cancellations.
- Documentation: Issue binders and Certificates of Liability, bind insurance coverage, collect payments, and ensure all documentation meets carrier requirements.
- Reporting & Follow-up: Manage daily deposits, follow up with carriers on quotes and policy details, and maintain accurate client records.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in commercial insurance, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Communication Skills: Professional and pleasant telephone demeanor, ensuring excellent client interactions.
- Customer Service: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle client needs effectively.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling you to serve a broader client base.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including internet, email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management and decision-making abilities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance License, validating your expertise and qualifications.
