Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their sales and account management skills in a fast-paced environment, and looking to gain confidence in a client facing environment. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for supporting senior account managers in maintaining client and customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through face-to-face interaction with customers. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Duties
- Assist in managing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail setting.
- Reach our to potential customers to introduce our client's products and services.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to develop strategic plans for customer engagement.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations face-to-face to customers, showcasing product benefits and features.
- Utilize spreadsheets to track account activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues or inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage clients.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Pay: $43,052.00 - $50,341.00 per year
