Location: Remote
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commissions paid out monthly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to families in need of senior living solutions.
- Listen attentively to families' needs and provide personalized recommendations for senior living options.
- Build rapport with families and guide them through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM system.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM software.
