Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
- Conduct warm calling and lead generation activities to expand account base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure customer retention and loyalty
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track sales activities and manage customer information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or sales role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and exceed targets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $68,455.00 per year
