Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Sell Personal Training memberships through events and other company outings.

- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.

- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale.

- Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.

- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and fitness while selling memberships.

- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term commitment to fitness goals.

Requirements:
- Sales experience 3-5 years
- Strong knowledge of personal training principles, physical education, sports coaching, and fitness sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell memberships.
- Sales experience or the ability to effectively promote personal training services.

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
