Overview
The Team Leader is responsible for the sales and merchandising of Premier Distributing Company products to the maximum extent possible in his/her assigned area. The Team Leader is responsible for supervising Pre-sales team and ensuring that they maintain all displays, all POS (permanent and theme), help with new placement of products and displays. The Team Leader is under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
Duties of the Job

Ride With and Team Sells with assigned Pre-Sellers.
- Assure subordinate Pre-Sellers are properly trained.
- Assure Sales and Merchandising Standards are complied with.
- Assure Structured Sales Process is adhered to.
- Monitor the job performance of Pre-Sellers. Provide training and document and issues.
- Maintain productive working relationships with Retailers. Address and solve issues.
- Perform duties of Saturday and Closing Supervisor.
- Cover sales routes if needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and directed by Management.
General Eligibility Requirements of the Job
- Work experience requirement: Previous industry related experience in sales and supervision.
- Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Training or special skills requirement: None
- Age requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
- License(s)/certification(s) required: Class D Driver's License
- Driving record requirement: No more than 2 moving violations within three years. No DWI convictions within last 7 years.
- Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Prefer Pre-Seller, Sales Assistant Team Leader or Sales Team Leader experience. Completion of sales certifications. High levels of experience and competency with Impact Excellence and Busch Selling Skills. Experience with employee development and supervision.
Compensation
Annual Target Range DOE:
$61,739 - $68,164 (Base, Impact and Volume)
