Opportunity to join a growing Property Casualty agency located in West Palm Beach area of Florida. Job consists of new and renewal marketing of risks, client service and retention of accounts. Book of business consists of contractor's, property, retail, various mid size commercial accounts. Must be well rounded in commercial lines coverage, support Producer by providing excellent technical advise /retention and ability to design proper insurance coverage as well as strong marketing expertise, knowledge and ability to obtain best price and coverage on client risks, maintain carrier rapport's. Must have a Florida 2-20 License, 6+yrs. years commercial lines agency expertise. Salary Open - $90K+ Pd Benefits.. Great opportunity to help grow agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development.
- Utilize Salesforce and other technologies to track account progress and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
