Division 1 Roofing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and build lasting relationships with clients.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new accounts through outside sales efforts.
-Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
