Our client is looking for a goal-focused Sales Executive skilled in closing phone sales to become part of their vibrant HVAC team in the GTA.
In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth by engaging potential clients and closing phone-based deals. If you excel in building trust, understanding customer needs, excel in a commissions environment, and thrive in high-impact interactions, this opportunity could be for you.
Job Type: Full-time/On site
Schedule: Monday - Friday at 11am-7pm
Location: North York, Ontario

What you'll do:
- Own the Sales Process: Close high-value residential HVAC deals over the phone with confidence and finesse.
- Effectively close deals over the phone by addressing customer needs with strategic problem-solving and personalized service.
- Leverage Warm Leads: You won’t be cold-calling—we provide daily warm leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best—closing.
- Build Trust: Utilize your communication and interpersonal skills to forge strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs and presenting tailored HVAC solutions.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Navigate objections like a pro and push the limits of your success by hitting and surpassing ambitious sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Closer: You have a strong record of closing deals in inside sales or lead generation.
- Proven experience in a B2C role, successfully converting sales over the phone.
- Self-Driven & Motivated: You’re hungry for success, eager to exceed your targets, and ready to take control of your earnings.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Work independently, manage your own time effectively, and bounce back quickly from challenges in a primary commissions role
- 1-2 years of experience working in a fully commission-based environment
- Excellent Communicator: Your ability to connect with clients is key to your sales success.
