Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Operations/Account Manager. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the performance of security guards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns promptly to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively communicating with them to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and periodic reviews to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance, client feedback, and key metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security services to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle other operational and account management tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of security operations, including guard services, access control, and surveillance systems, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,650.00 per year
