This position is base wage plus commission from sales. Wage range $45,000 - $70,000 +

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell automobile accessories to customers who visit the dealership
- Assist customers in selecting the right accessories according to their needs.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries regarding automobile accessories.
- Explain performance of the chosen accessory and its benefits to customers.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with customer on parts status
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
- Provide follow-up services to customers to inspire repeat and referral business.

- Keep abreast of new and the latest automobile products and accessories.
- Display automobile accessories in a store in an organized manner.
- Maintain and manage automobile accessories and parts inventory control.
- Coordinate and assist other salespersons in the store.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
- Can work in a fast-paced work environment
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Clean driving record and willing to submit to a motor vehicle and background check
